Description

A quick and delicious dinner option that combines savory and sweet flavors with tender chicken breasts glazed in maple syrup and soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly in the maple glaze.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the chicken in the basket and cook for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once done, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For best results, ensure chicken breasts are of uniform size for even cooking. You can substitute chicken with turkey and adjust seasonings as desired.
