Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over each fillet.
- Bake the salmon for about 8 minutes.
- Apply the remaining glaze to each fillet and continue baking for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Allow the salmon to rest for about 2 minutes before plating and garnish with chopped parsley.
