Description

This recipe brings a sweet and savory glaze to classic salmon, perfect for cozy dinners or special occasions.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over each fillet.
  5. Bake the salmon for about 8 minutes.
  6. Apply the remaining glaze to each fillet and continue baking for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  7. Allow the salmon to rest for about 2 minutes before plating and garnish with chopped parsley.
