Description

A delightful main dish that features flaky salmon smothered in creamy Boursin cheese and zesty lemon slices, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1 cup Boursin cheese (herb and garlic flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Lemon, sliced
  • Optional: Asparagus or broccoli, or serve with rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
  3. Drizzle each fillet with olive oil and season evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Generously spread Boursin cheese over each fillet and place lemon slices on top.
  5. If desired, add asparagus or broccoli around the salmon.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately, enjoying the vibrant flavors and aromas!

Notes

For best results, ensure your salmon is at room temperature before cooking. Broil the salmon for the last couple of minutes for a golden top. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
