Description

A flavorful seafood delight featuring flaky salmon coated in spicy Cajun seasoning and topped with a creamy avocado lime sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and generously sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until it’s cooked through and flakes easily.
  5. While the salmon cooks, prepare the avocado lime sauce by blending the avocado, lime juice, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  6. Once the salmon is out of the oven, serve it topped with the creamy avocado lime sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator. Salmon lasts for 2-3 days, and avocado sauce is best within 1-2 days.
