Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line with foil.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter and minced garlic, letting it sit for 30-60 seconds.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and toss with paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the shrimp.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, checking at 12-15 minutes for smaller shrimp, until shrimp are opaque and pink, and the cheese is golden.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicy variation, add red pepper flakes to the butter mixture. Serve with crusty bread to soak up the juices.
