Description

A quick and easy dish featuring tender salmon fillets glazed in a homemade teriyaki sauce, perfect for busy weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until fully combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and generously pour the teriyaki mixture over the top, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Before serving, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Notes

For best results, allow the salmon to marinate in the teriyaki mixture for about 30 minutes before baking.
