Ingredients
- 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 pack instant banana pudding mix
- 2-3 crushed vanilla wafers or golden Oreo cookies
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, and banana pudding mix.
- Stir the mixture until it’s smooth and fully blended, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Scoop equal amounts of the blended mixture into your popsicle molds, filling them just about to the top.
- Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers or golden Oreos on top of each mold for that extra crunch.
- Insert popsicle sticks or straws into each mold, anchoring them with the mixture.
- Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours, though letting them freeze overnight yields the best texture.
Notes
These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to a month. For a creamier texture, consider using full-fat Greek yogurt.
