Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your air fryer to prepare for cooking.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
  3. Coat each salmon fillet generously with the sauce mixture.
  4. If baking, arrange the salmon on a lined baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is fully cooked. For air frying, cook the salmon at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 10-12 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Once cooked, garnish the salmon with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

For a healthier alternative, consider using lighter or vegan mayonnaise. Adjust Sriracha as per your spice preference.
