Description

A delightful dish featuring succulent salmon fillets coated with a creamy and spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Rice or mixed vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder to create the bang bang sauce.
  3. Generously coat each salmon fillet in the sauce, ensuring full coverage.
  4. Arrange the coated fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve hot with rice or mixed vegetables, garnished with finely chopped green onions.

Notes

For a twist, swap out the sweet chili sauce with a homemade variant. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
