Description

Delicious ham and cheese sliders with warm buttery goodness and a touch of poppy-seed Dijon butter, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound sliced ham
  • 1 pound sliced cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  3. Layer ham and cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds.
  5. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the rolls.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
