Delicious ham and cheese sliders with warm buttery goodness and a touch of poppy-seed Dijon butter, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound sliced ham
- 1 pound sliced cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Layer ham and cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds.
- Brush the butter mixture over the top of the rolls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
