Ingredients
- 2 pounds shredded chicken
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 cups tortilla strips
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer shredded chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour the enchilada sauce over the chicken.
- Add chopped onion, tortilla strips, and spices.
- Cover with shredded cheese.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm, garnished with cilantro or sour cream if desired.
