Ingredients
- 12 soft Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the beef on the bottom half of the rolls, then top with cheddar cheese.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard together to create the spread.
- Spread the mixture on the top half of the rolls.
