Description

A quick and easy recipe transforming classic Big Mac flavors into bite-sized delights with seasoned beef, cheddar, and a zesty spread.


Ingredients

  • 12 soft Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Assemble the sliders by placing the beef on the bottom half of the rolls, then top with cheddar cheese.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard together to create the spread.
  5. Spread the mixture on the top half of the rolls.
  6. Cover the sliders with the top half of the rolls and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the rolls are golden.
