Description

A delectable dish featuring succulent salmon with a bourbon and peach glaze, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup peach preserves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 fresh peach, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix bourbon, peach preserves, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes (1 hour recommended).
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. In a hot skillet, sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  5. Transfer the salmon and sliced peaches into a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over them.
  6. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve warm, drizzling the salmon with the glaze and offering the softened peaches alongside.
