Description
Tangy buffalo chicken sliders with melty cheese, ranch, and fresh toppings, perfect for parties or quick dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12–16 slider rolls
- Ranch dressing, for finishing
- Lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- Sliced tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a medium bowl, mixing until coated.
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms on the baking sheet.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto each bottom roll.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle ranch dressing on each top roll, add lettuce and tomato, then cap with the top roll.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
