Description

A deliciously bold dish that marries rich seafood flavors with spicy Cajun seasoning and creamy garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Add salmon to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute, or until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Return shrimp and salmon to the skillet and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes until shrimp are fully cooked.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Let the shrimp and salmon marinate with Cajun spices for extra flavor. Use fresh garlic for a more robust taste.
