Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
- Add salmon to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute, or until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Return shrimp and salmon to the skillet and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes until shrimp are fully cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
