Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Cheese (American or cheddar slices)
  • Fresh lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup and mustard for dressing


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties, slightly smaller than your slider buns.
  4. Cook the patties on the grill or in the pan for about 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to let it melt.
