Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Cheese (American or cheddar slices)
- Fresh lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Pickles
- Ketchup and mustard for dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, slightly smaller than your slider buns.
- Cook the patties on the grill or in the pan for about 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
- In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to let it melt.
