Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pasta (any shape)
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, add the cooked pasta and shredded chicken.
- Pour in the frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir until everything is combined.
- Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it’s heated through (about 5-7 minutes).
- If using cheese, sprinkle it on top, cover for 2-3 minutes to allow it to melt.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, sauté diced onion and garlic before adding other ingredients. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
