Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed (reserve half for filling)
- 2 packages (3.9 oz each) chocolate instant pudding mix
- 3 1/4 cups cold milk
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies finely and mix with melted butter until moistened. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread over the cookie crust.
- Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread the remaining Cool Whip evenly over the pudding layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnishing as desired.
