Description

Indulge in this delightful chocolate lasagna with layers of creamy filling, rich chocolate pudding, and a crunchy Oreo crust – a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed (reserve half for filling)
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 3 1/4 cups cold milk


Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies finely and mix with melted butter until moistened. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread over the cookie crust.
  3. Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Spread the remaining Cool Whip evenly over the pudding layer.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Slice and serve chilled, garnishing as desired.
