Ingredients
- 3-4 medium or large bananas
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease two 8×4 inch pans.
- In a small bowl, mash the bananas with the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs until well combined.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring gently until just combined.
- Add the sour cream and the mashed banana mixture, mixing until you achieve a consistent batter.
- For the crumb topping, in a separate bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly.

- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
