This creamy, tangy dressing replicates the beloved Olive Garden flavor, perfect for salads, sandwiches, and more.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise and white vinegar.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and sugar.
- Whisk vigorously for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is smooth and fully blended.
- Taste and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Give it a quick stir before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half the mayo with Greek yogurt. Stir in olive oil for a looser consistency if desired.
