Description

This elegant dish features tender salmon filled with a creamy stuffing of crab and shrimp, perfect for date nights or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Carefully slice a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff them with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed fillets.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use softened cream cheese and consider using fresh shrimp for a firmer texture. Substitutions with dried herbs are possible, but fresh herbs enhance the flavor.
