Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Carefully slice a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff them with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
