Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or poached)
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 12 slider buns (dinner rolls or Hawaiian rolls)
  • Butter, melted, for brushing tops
  • Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar, and bacon in a mixing bowl until creamy.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and arrange the bottoms on the baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Place the top halves over the filling.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter.
