Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup small pasta (ditalini or any small pasta)
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until well browned. Drain any excess fat.
