Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well-coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of chopped green onions.
