Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
  3. Pour this mixture over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well-coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  6. Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of chopped green onions.
