- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is well combined.
- Mix in the sugar thoroughly, then add the egg and vanilla extract.
- Incorporate the baking soda and a pinch of salt into the wet ingredients.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, creating a luscious batter.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
