Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or blend)
- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom for vegetarian)
- 1 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth for vegetarian)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in your slow cooker.
- Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 4 to 5 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Stir in the cooked rice and broccoli florets until well combined.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, cover, and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes to melt.
