Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In your slow cooker, toss in the cubed chicken, broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Set your slow cooker to low and let it cook for 4-6 hours. Check that the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- About 15 minutes before you’re ready to eat, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt into the dish.
