Description

Creamy and chocolatey fudge popsicles that are easy to make and perfect for cooling down on hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar.
  2. Whisk in the unsweetened cocoa powder until there are no lumps.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, whisking until fully blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
  6. Place in the freezer and let them freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.
  7. To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

For smoother popsicles, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve before pouring into molds. You can also add layers of fruit for a fun twist.
