Description
A quick, garlicky shrimp tray-bake that delivers big flavor with almost no fuss.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (parsley, oregano, or Italian seasoning)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Parchment paper or a lightly oiled baking sheet
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or brush lightly with oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, olive oil, grated Parmesan, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
Notes
Check doneness at 8 minutes to avoid overcooking. Optionally, broil for the last 1-2 minutes for a crispier topping.
