Description
A refreshing and healthier alternative to traditional popsicles, these Greek Yogurt Fudgesicles combine rich chocolate flavor with the tangy goodness of Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, vanilla, or honey-flavored)
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup honey
Instructions
- Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the fridge for a few minutes.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sifted cocoa powder, and honey, and stir until mostly smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture using a spatula.
- Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- To enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the mold and gently pull the popsicle free.
Notes
For added texture, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the tops or sprinkle with chopped nuts. Store leftovers in the freezer for up to two months.
