Description
Delicious warm crescent rolls filled with leftover ham and cheese, perfect for brunch or potlucks.
Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or mix)
- 1 package crescent roll dough (8–10 oz)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stir together the diced ham and shredded cheese in a medium bowl. Season with pepper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a heaping tablespoon of the ham-and-cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point and pinch the seam.
- Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, and olive oil. Brush over each roll.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Brush with remaining glaze before serving.
Notes
These rolls can be assembled ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking.
