Description

A healthy twist on classic creamy pasta, featuring lean chicken, whole wheat pasta, and a creamy sauce made with Greek yogurt and Parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 1 lb lean chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Add diced chicken breast and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat, then stir in Greek yogurt and grated Parmesan cheese until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a lighter option, use non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt.
