Description

Delicious homemade fudgesicles that are creamy and customizable, perfect for cooling off on a hot day or enjoying with family.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Jell-O chocolate pudding mix (3.94.0 oz)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Popsicle molds and sticks


Instructions

  1. Pour 2 cups of milk into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the entire box of chocolate pudding mix.
  3. Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4 inch of headspace per mold.
  6. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  7. To unmold, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the fudgesicles.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute almond or oat milk. Use sugar substitutes if desired.
