Description

A delightful and customizable treat perfect for summer, made with fresh fruit juices and fruits.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fruit juice (orange, apple, or berry blend)
  • 1 cup diced fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, mango, kiwi)
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar, optional)
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fruit juice and sweetener, whisking until well blended.
  2. Gently fold in the diced fresh fruit, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  3. If you’re using yogurt, fold it in gently until just combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for 4–6 hours or until completely solid.
  6. When ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds to help release your popsicles, then gently pull on the sticks.

Notes

Experiment with different fruit flavors and add-ins like chia seeds or fresh herbs for extra creativity.
