A delightful and customizable treat perfect for summer, made with fresh fruit juices and fruits.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fruit juice (orange, apple, or berry blend)
- 1 cup diced fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, mango, kiwi)
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar, optional)
- 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored, optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fruit juice and sweetener, whisking until well blended.
- Gently fold in the diced fresh fruit, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- If you’re using yogurt, fold it in gently until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for 4–6 hours or until completely solid.
- When ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds to help release your popsicles, then gently pull on the sticks.
Notes
Experiment with different fruit flavors and add-ins like chia seeds or fresh herbs for extra creativity.
