Description

A quick and flavorful honey garlic glaze that enhances the natural flavors of tender salmon.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a smooth glaze.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
  5. Generously brush the prepared glaze over each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh lemon wedges and chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, let the salmon marinate in the glaze for 15-30 minutes before baking. Consider using low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
