Description

Buttery Hawaiian rolls filled with salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone, brushed with garlic-herb butter and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 12-count Hawaiian rolls
  • Sliced salami
  • Sliced pepperoni
  • Sliced ham
  • Provolone cheese slices
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: sesame seeds
  • Optional: sliced pickles or banana peppers for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the top connected.
  3. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the salami, pepperoni, and ham evenly across the rolls.
  5. Drape provolone slices over the meat layer.
  6. Put the top half of the rolls back on and press down lightly.
  7. Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  8. Brush the mixture evenly across the top of the rolls.
  9. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
  11. Let the sliders rest for 2–3 minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

For best texture, reheat in a 350°F oven. You can assemble ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
