Description
Buttery Hawaiian rolls filled with salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone, brushed with garlic-herb butter and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 12-count Hawaiian rolls
- Sliced salami
- Sliced pepperoni
- Sliced ham
- Provolone cheese slices
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: sesame seeds
- Optional: sliced pickles or banana peppers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the top connected.
- Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Layer the salami, pepperoni, and ham evenly across the rolls.
- Drape provolone slices over the meat layer.
- Put the top half of the rolls back on and press down lightly.
- Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the mixture evenly across the top of the rolls.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
- Let the sliders rest for 2–3 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
For best texture, reheat in a 350°F oven. You can assemble ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
