Description

Delicious and easy-to-make sliders featuring layers of salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone, baked until golden with a garlic butter topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian slider rolls (about 12 rolls)
  • Sliced salami (enough to layer across rolls)
  • Sliced pepperoni
  • Sliced ham (deli-style)
  • Provolone cheese slices (or mozzarella for a milder flavor)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 clove minced garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (oregano + basil + thyme)
  • Optional: sesame seeds or grated Parmesan for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom connected as one long sheet. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Layer salami, pepperoni, and ham evenly over the bottom half.
  4. Lay provolone slices over the meats to cover as much as possible.
  5. Put the top half of the rolls back on and press lightly.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders.
  7. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and slightly crisp.
  9. Serve warm, using a serrated knife to cut between rolls if needed.

Notes

For a crispy top, switch the oven to broil for 1–2 minutes at the end—watch closely to avoid burning.
