Description
Delicious and easy-to-make sliders featuring layers of salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone, baked until golden with a garlic butter topping.
Ingredients
- 1 package Hawaiian slider rolls (about 12 rolls)
- Sliced salami (enough to layer across rolls)
- Sliced pepperoni
- Sliced ham (deli-style)
- Provolone cheese slices (or mozzarella for a milder flavor)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 clove minced garlic)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (oregano + basil + thyme)
- Optional: sesame seeds or grated Parmesan for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom connected as one long sheet. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Layer salami, pepperoni, and ham evenly over the bottom half.
- Lay provolone slices over the meats to cover as much as possible.
- Put the top half of the rolls back on and press lightly.
- In a small bowl, whisk melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and slightly crisp.
- Serve warm, using a serrated knife to cut between rolls if needed.
Notes
For a crispy top, switch the oven to broil for 1–2 minutes at the end—watch closely to avoid burning.
