Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by melting the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Once the butter is bubbling, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about one minute.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the salmon in the skillet, skin side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Carefully flip the salmon and pour the lemon juice over it.
- Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve while hot!
