  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Begin by melting the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Once the butter is bubbling, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about one minute.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the salmon in the skillet, skin side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Carefully flip the salmon and pour the lemon juice over it.
  6. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve while hot!
