Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Toss the shrimp into the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce if using.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
