Indulge in layers of creamy pudding and rich chocolate frosting nestled between crisp graham crackers in this easy-to-make no-bake dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz) graham crackers
- 2 (3.5 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk (for the frosting)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and 4 cups of milk until fully smooth.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined.
- Layer the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish with graham crackers.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top, then pour the remaining pudding mixture over this layer.
- Top it with another layer of graham crackers.
- For the chocolate frosting, melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
- Mix in 1/4 cup milk and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the final layer of graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or ideally overnight for the best flavor and texture.
