Description

These irresistible oven-baked garlic butter chicken bites are quick to prepare, forgiving for home cooks, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 11.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
  • 34 tbsp melted butter (or ghee/olive oil for dairy-free)
  • 23 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (sweet or smoked)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into even bite-sized pieces (about 1–1.5 inches).
  3. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until each piece is fully coated.
  5. Spread the chicken bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and pieces are golden-brown.
  7. Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispness, watching closely.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use olive oil or melted coconut oil instead of butter. You can also adjust the spices and sauces based on your preference.
