Ingredients
- Large flour or whole wheat tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 to 2 cups sliced pepperoni
- 1 to 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Italian seasoning to taste
- Optional add-ins: thinly sliced bell pepper, pizza sauce, chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Allow the cream cheese to soften and spread it evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer the pepperoni slices over the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and season with Italian seasoning.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm up.
