Description

Pepperoni pinwheels are the ultimate snack featuring layers of pepperoni, mozzarella, and cream cheese, perfect for parties or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • Large flour or whole wheat tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 to 2 cups sliced pepperoni
  • 1 to 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Optional add-ins: thinly sliced bell pepper, pizza sauce, chopped fresh basil


Instructions

  1. Allow the cream cheese to soften and spread it evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Layer the pepperoni slices over the cream cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and season with Italian seasoning.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm up.
  6. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve cold or warm in a 350°F oven for 6-8 minutes.
