Description

Delicious bite-sized sliders filled with pepperoni and gooey mozzarella cheese, perfect for parties or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. With a sharp knife, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce over the cut sides of the rolls.
  4. Layer the pepperoni slices on top, followed by a heaping handful of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cap with the top halves of the rolls.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; then brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Bake in your preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melting and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy every bite!
