Delicious bite-sized sliders filled with pepperoni and gooey mozzarella cheese, perfect for parties or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- With a sharp knife, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce over the cut sides of the rolls.
- Layer the pepperoni slices on top, followed by a heaping handful of mozzarella cheese.
- Cap with the top halves of the rolls.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; then brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake in your preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melting and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy every bite!
