A quick and flavorful dish featuring baked salmon infused with Cajun spices and topped with a creamy avocado lime sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice from 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Generously rub the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado lime sauce by blending the avocado, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Once the salmon is fully cooked, serve it with a drizzle of the creamy avocado lime sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Store any uneaten salmon and sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the oven.
