Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring baked salmon infused with Cajun spices and topped with a creamy avocado lime sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Generously rub the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  4. While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado lime sauce by blending the avocado, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Once the salmon is fully cooked, serve it with a drizzle of the creamy avocado lime sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.
