Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into pieces
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage, olive oil, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until shrimp are opaque and potatoes are tender.
- Remove from oven, add lemon wedges, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
