Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage, olive oil, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until shrimp are opaque and potatoes are tender.
