Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen meatballs (beef, pork, turkey, or plant-based)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Add the sauce ingredients to the slow cooker: pour in ketchup, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the frozen meatballs into the sauce and gently stir to coat.
- Cover and cook: set the slow cooker to low for 3–4 hours or high for 1.5–2 hours until heated through and the sauce is glossy.
- If the sauce is thin, remove the lid and cook on high for 15–20 minutes, or stir in a cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
- Serve over steamed rice, mashed potatoes, or on toothpicks for a party platter.
Notes
Use pre-cooked frozen meatballs for best results. For a gluten-free version, use tamari or gluten-free soy sauce.
