Description

A delightful dish combining spicy shrimp, creamy avocado, and crisp cucumber layered over sushi rice, perfect for dinner or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Nori sheets, cut into strips


Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  3. Mix the cooked rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Set aside.
  4. Combine shrimp with sriracha sauce and mayonnaise in a separate bowl.
  5. Place your stacking mold on a plate.
  6. Layer in the following order: sushi rice, spicy shrimp mixture, avocado, and cucumber.
  7. Repeat layers until the mold is full.
  8. Carefully remove the mold to showcase the sushi stacks.
  9. Garnish with nori strips and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with soy sauce for dipping and enjoy fresh for the best texture.
