Ingredients
- 1 package vegan pizza dough (can be store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded vegan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour your work surface and roll the pizza dough out to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara over the dough, then sprinkle the vegan cheese and scatter the sliced peppers, onions, and mushrooms evenly across the surface.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to enhance the flavors.
- Carefully roll the dough tightly from one long edge to form a log and slice it into 1-inch pieces.
- Arrange the rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden and the filling is bubbly.
- Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
