Description

Delightful bite-sized Vegan Pizza Rolls filled with vegetables and vegan cheese, perfect for gatherings and casual dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 package vegan pizza dough (can be store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded vegan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour your work surface and roll the pizza dough out to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara over the dough, then sprinkle the vegan cheese and scatter the sliced peppers, onions, and mushrooms evenly across the surface.
  4. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to enhance the flavors.
  5. Carefully roll the dough tightly from one long edge to form a log and slice it into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Arrange the rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden and the filling is bubbly.
  8. Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.

Notes
