Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Add the feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and chopped red bell pepper to a baking dish or individual ramekins.
- Drizzle with olive oil and generously season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are softened.
