Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, milk, and mashed banana in a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
- Add the Biscoff spread, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture into a jar or a container with a lid. Seal it tightly.
- Refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to soften and flavors to meld.
- Stir the oats again in the morning. Enjoy them cold or warm them up in the microwave.
