Description

Deliciously creamy overnight oats with sweet bananas and rich Biscoff spread, perfect for a convenient breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, milk, and mashed banana in a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add the Biscoff spread, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a jar or a container with a lid. Seal it tightly.
  4. Refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to soften and flavors to meld.
  5. Stir the oats again in the morning. Enjoy them cold or warm them up in the microwave.

Notes

Store in an airtight container; will remain fresh for up to five days in the fridge. Customize with nuts, berries, or flavored milk for variety.
